I thoroughly enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere and cheerful decor in the common areas. the easy accessibility to the CBD made it convenient for me to explore, and I appreciated the welcoming vibe from both staff and fellow guests.
A few more comfortable seating options would be lovely for seniors.

I arrived at this hostel needing a place to rest my head and explore the city. the location was ideal for getting around, with plenty of amenities nearby. the communal areas were spacious and well-equipped, perfect for mingling with other travelers. I appreciated the effort to provide a continental breakfast, even if it was a bit limited. it was a decent experience, but with some room for improvement.

The ladies shower room was nice with a mirror area. the young lady at the front desk was very cheerful. the location of the accommodation was great, with easy access to the city center.
The cleanliness of the kitchen and rooms left a lot to be desired. There was hardly any space in the shared room, and it felt like we were intruding on the long-term residents.

The rooms at Emu Backpackers Perth were cozy and comfortable, with a laid-back vibe that made me feel right at home. I loved the shared bathrooms, which were clean and well-maintained, and the bed linen was crisp and fresh. It was the perfect beachy retreat for a relaxed getaway.
Personally, I would have preferred a private bathroom in the double room. But hey, it's just my opinion, and I know some people enjoy the shared bathroom experience.

Cheerful staff. Perfect location, 10-minute walk to train station and close to city's bars and nightspots. Well-equipped kitchen, clean showers, and separate women's bathroom. Great outdoor space to meet people. One of the best hostels I've stayed in, close to shops and buses.

Limited space, some untidiness found.

the location couldn't have been better , just a 10, minute walk to the train station and within close proximity to all the bars and nightspots in the city. the hostel itself had a big, well, equipped kitchen and a spacious outdoor area. I was impressed with the cleanliness, and they even had a book exchange and a wide selection of DVDs. there were plenty of great restaurants nearby, supermarkets within walking distance, and it only took me 15 minutes to walk to the CBD. the hostel's location and amenities made it one of the best I've stayed in.
Honestly, there was nothing that I didn't like about this property. 😉.
